Portraits of Nelle.

While sticking to the theme of identity, I wanted to take a unique approach by solely presenting the identity of my subject through her possessions. I believe that possessions can at times reflect an individual’s characteristics more than a conversation.
This shoot was heavily inspired by Warhol’s Polaroid series (1958-1987) and his method of capturing the identities of his A-list circle of friends through the non-verbal medium of photography.
